1. About these business terms
These business terms apply to the sale of products and services of Intuens magnetic resonance ehf to consumers. The terms and conditions apply regardless of whether transactions take place in Intuens research centers or in remote sales, for example in the company's online store at https://www.intuens.is
Intuens MRI ehf. reserves the right to change the provisions of these terms and conditions, as long as the buyer is informed about it. Broadcasting of new terms to the buyer and/or publication on the intuens.is website is considered sufficient notification. The buyer is considered to have accepted the change if he buys a product or service after a change notice has been issued. These terms and conditions are deemed confirmed by confirmation of purchase and/or payment for the transaction.
2. Definitions
The seller is Intuens magnetic resonance ehf id. 641122-0330, hereinafter referred to as Intuens. The buyer is the person listed as the buyer on the purchase note. If the buyer's name does not appear on the purchase note, the buyer is considered the person who pays for the transaction. The buyer must be at least 16 years old to shop in the Intuens online store.
3. The right to cancel a purchase when shopping in the online store at www.intuens.is
Right to cancel a purchase:
The buyer has the right to cancel a purchase in the intuens.is online store without specifying any reason within 14 days of the purchase, at least 14 days until the service is provided. The deadline for withdrawing from the contract expires 14 days after the conclusion of the purchase contract or the day the buyer has received the service or product. In order to exercise the right to cancel the purchase, the buyer must notify Intuens of his decision to cancel the purchase in an unambiguous way, e.g. by email to intuens@intuens.is.
For the deadline to be considered respected, it is enough for the buyer to send a notification that he exercises his right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline expires.
4. Prices and price changes
All prices are published subject to typing errors and Intuens reserves the right not to complete the transaction if an incorrect price has been given. Price changes may occur without notice due to price changes from suppliers, exchange rates or other external factors. Price changes that occur after an order is confirmed do not affect the relevant order unless it is a typing error or a mistake when registering the price. In those cases, the buyer is contacted and given the option to cancel the purchase.
5. Disputes
If a dispute arises between the parties regarding the content of these terms and conditions or due to a violation of them, the relevant case can be referred to the Complaints Committee for Services and Purchases of Liquid Assets at the Consumer Agency. If everything is urgent, it is permitted to prosecute a case for this before the Reykjavík District Court according to the provisions of law no. 91/1991.

1. Um viðskiptaskilmála þessa
Viðskiptaskilmálar þessir gilda um sölu á vörum og þjónustu Intuens segulómun ehf til neytenda. Skilmálarnir eiga við hvort sem viðskipti fara fram í rannsóknarstöðvum Intuens eða í fjarsölu, til dæmis í netverslun félagsins á https://www.intuens.is
Intuens segulómun ehf. áskilur sér fullan rétt til að breyta ákvæðum þessara skilmála, enda verði kaupanda tilkynnt um það. Útsending nýrra skilmála til kaupanda og/eða birting á vefsíðu intuens.is telst nægileg tilkynning. Litið er svo á að kaupandi hafi samþykkt breytinguna ef hann kaupir vöru eða þjónustu eftir að tilkynning um breytingu hefur verið gefin út. Skilmálar þessir teljast staðfestir með staðfestingu á kaupum og/eða greiðslu fyrir viðskiptin.
2. Skilgreiningar
Seljandi er Intuens segulómun ehf kt. 641122-0330. Hér eftir nefndur Intuens. Kaupandi er sá aðili sem skráður er sem kaupandi á kaupnótu. Komi nafn kaupanda ekki fram á kaupnótu telst kaupandi sá sem greiðir fyrir viðskiptin. Kaupandi verður að vera orðinn að minnsta kosti 16 ára til að versla í vefverslun Intuens.
3. Réttur til að falla frá kaupum þegar verslað er í vefverslun á www.intuens.is
Réttur til að falla frá kaupum:
Kaupandi hefur rétt til að falla frá kaupum í vefverslun intuens.is án þess að tilgreina nokkra ástæðu innan 14 daga frá kaupum, séu minnst 14 dagar þar til þjónustan er veitt. Frestur til að falla frá samningnum rennur út 14 dögum eftir að gengið var frá samningi um kaup eða þann dag sem kaupandi hefur fengið þjónustuna eða vöruna veitta. Til þess að nýta réttinn til að falla frá kaupum þarf kaupandi að tilkynna Intuens ákvörðun sína um að falla frá kaupum með ótvíræðum hætti, t.d. með tölvupósti á intuens@intuens.is.
Til að fresturinn teljist virtur nægir kaupanda að senda tilkynningu um að hann neyti réttar síns til að falla frá samningi áður en fresturinn rennur út.
4. Verð og verðbreytingar
Öll verð eru birt með fyrirvara um innsláttarvillur og áskilur Intuens sér rétt til að ljúka ekki viðskiptum hafi rangt verð verið gefið upp. Verðbreytingar geta átt sér stað fyrirvaralaust vegna verðbreytinga frá birgja, gengisskráningar eða annarra utanaðkomandi þátta. Verðbreytingar sem eiga sér stað eftir að pöntun er staðfest hafa ekki áhrif á viðkomandi pöntun nema um sé að ræða innsláttarvillu eða mistök við skráningu á verði. Í þeim tilfellum er haft samband við kaupanda og honum gefinn kostur á að falla frá kaupum.
5. Ágreiningur
Rísi ágreiningur milli aðila um efni þessara viðskiptaskilmála eða vegna brota á þeim má bera viðkomandi mál undir Kærunefnd þjónustu og lausafjárkaupa hjá Neytendastofu. Ef allt þrýtur er heimilt að reka mál vegna þessa fyrir Héraðsdómi Reykjavíkur skv. ákvæðum laga nr. 91/1991.
